Principal's Message

 

Dear Ladybug Family,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I am writing this letter of introduction as the principal of Lafayette Park Primary Center. I am incredibly grateful and excited to work with this amazing community. I have been in the field of education for more than 17 years. During my career, I have worked as a Paraprofessional, Teacher, Title III Instructional Coach, and Assistant Principal. I am honored to lead my own school, where I can continue my work with students, staff, and parents.

Our mission is to create a Professional Learning Community where we focus on: connecting, collaborating, and engaging in strategies to help our students thrive. Our vision is to provide a caring and compassionate environment for our students. My main focus will be to work collaboratively with all of our families to ensure that we provide the best quality education to our LaFayette Ladybugs.

Our commitment continues to be to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students to thrive and become lifelong learners. I look forward to meeting all of our students, parents, and community partners.
